Privacy Policy
In short: your photos are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, collect, see or store your photos or videos. We have no user accounts. The only information we handle is your Google Play purchase status, used to unlock paid features.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Local ID Photo Studio（本地证件照大全, package name com.idphoto.app）published on Google Play by Shenzhen Tianjun Bingo Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳天钧宾果科技有限公司), a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, with Unified Social Credit Code 91440300MAE98KNU0F.

2. Information we do not collect
We want to be explicit, because most photo apps behave differently:
- Photos and videos — not collected. Everything you import or capture is processed locally on your device. No image is transmitted to us or to any third party.
- Camera — not collected. Camera access is used only to show a live preview while you take a photo. No frames are stored or sent.
- Device or advertising identifiers — not collected. The app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK.
- Location, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, health data — not collected.
- Crash and diagnostic logs — not collected. Diagnostic logs are written only to the app's private storage on your device and are never transmitted.
- No account registration. The app does not ask for a name, email address or phone number.
3. Information we do handle
3.1 Purchase information (Google Play Billing)
Paid features are sold through Google Play's in-app billing. When you make a purchase, Google Play returns a purchase result to the app, which may include the product identifier, purchase token, purchase time and order status. We use this solely to determine whether your membership is active and to restore it if you reinstall the app.
3.2 Membership state stored on your device
Your membership status is cached in the app's local preferences on your device so the app can start quickly. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
3.3 Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use it only to answer you and delete it when it is no longer needed.
4. How we use information
- To confirm and restore your paid membership
- To respond to your support or privacy requests
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. The app integrates no advertising network, no analytics platform and no social login provider.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with:
- Google LLC, as the payment processor for purchases you choose to make;
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
7. Data retention
- Photos: never held by us. Files you export remain in your device's storage under your control and are deleted by you or when the app is uninstalled.
- Purchase records: retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.
- Membership state: stored on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- Support emails: kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
8. Security
All communication with Google Play Billing uses HTTPS. Because photos never leave your device, there is no server-side image store that could be breached. We recommend keeping your device protected with a screen lock and current system updates.
9. International transfers
Purchase-related data is processed by Google on infrastructure that may be located outside your country, including outside the People's Republic of China. Google applies its own safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
You may contact us at support@tianjunbingo.com to:
- ask what information we hold about you (in practice, only support correspondence, if you have written to us);
- request correction or deletion of that information;
- ask us to stop contacting you.
You can remove all locally stored app data at any time by clearing the app's data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data — for example by adding a new SDK — we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.

一句话说明：你的照片全程在本机处理，我们不上传、不收集、看不到、也不存储你的照片或视频。本应用没有账号体系。我们唯一接触的信息，是你在 Google Play 的购买状态，用于判断会员权益是否生效。
一、我们是谁
本隐私政策适用于由深圳天钧宾果科技有限公司（统一社会信用代码 91440300MAE98KNU0F）在 Google Play 发布的移动应用《本地证件照大全》（包名 com.idphoto.app）。

二、我们不收集的信息
- 照片与视频——不收集。你导入或拍摄的所有内容均在本机处理，不会传输给我们或任何第三方。
- 相机——不收集数据。相机权限仅用于拍摄时的实时取景预览，不保存、不上传任何画面。
- 设备标识符、广告标识符——不收集。应用内未集成广告 SDK，也未集成统计分析 SDK。
- 位置、通讯录、日历、短信、通话记录、健康数据——均不收集。
- 崩溃与诊断日志——不收集。诊断日志仅写入本机应用私有目录，不会上传。
- 无账号体系。应用不要求你填写姓名、邮箱或手机号。
三、我们会处理的信息
1. 购买信息（Google Play 结算）
付费功能通过 Google Play 应用内购买提供。购买完成后，Google Play 会向应用返回购买结果，可能包含商品标识、购买令牌、购买时间与订单状态。我们仅将其用于判断会员权益是否有效，以及在你重装应用后恢复权益。
2. 存储在本机的会员状态
会员状态会缓存在本机应用偏好设置中，以便应用快速启动。该数据不离开你的设备，卸载应用或清除数据即删除。
3. 客服往来
如果你给我们发邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址及邮件内容，仅用于回复你的问题，并在无需保留时删除。
四、信息用途
- 确认与恢复你的付费会员权益
- 回复你的客服或隐私请求
- 履行法律义务
我们不将上述信息用于广告投放、用户画像或自动化决策，也不出售任何信息。
五、第三方服务
应用仅接入 Google Play 结算服务（Google LLC），用于处理应用内购买与订阅，涉及购买令牌、商品标识与订单状态。Google 依据其自身隐私政策处理该等信息。应用未接入任何广告、统计分析或社交登录服务。
六、信息共享
我们不出售、出租或交易你的信息。仅在以下情形共享：① 你主动购买时，由 Google LLC 作为支付处理方处理；② 法律法规要求或有权机关依法要求时。
七、数据保留
- 照片：我们不留存。你导出的文件保存在你的设备中，由你自行管理。
- 购买记录：由 Google 按其政策保留。
- 会员状态：保存在你的设备上，直至你清除应用数据或卸载应用。
- 客服邮件：仅在解决问题所需期间保留。
八、安全
与 Google Play 结算的所有通信均使用 HTTPS。由于照片不离开你的设备，不存在可被攻击的服务器端图片库。建议你为设备设置锁屏并保持系统更新。
九、跨境传输
购买相关信息由 Google 在其可能位于中国境外的基础设施上处理，Google 对此类传输适用其自身的安全保障措施。
十、儿童
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如你认为儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。
十一、你的权利
你可以通过 support@tianjunbingo.com 要求查询、更正或删除我们持有的你的信息，或要求我们停止联系你。你也可以随时在 Android 系统设置中清除应用数据或卸载应用，以删除本机存储的全部数据。
十二、政策变更
如应用的数据处理方式发生变化（例如新增第三方 SDK），我们会在生效前更新本页面并修改上方「最后更新」日期；重大变更也会在 Google Play 的版本说明中注明。
